Comprising all those various enclosures of meadow, pasture and natural deciduous amenity woodland located near the hamlet of Thwaite Moss, Rusland being O/S number 2084; 1973; 1560; 2142; 0072; 0066; 0072; pt 0056 and pt 0852 extending in all to 24.63 acres or thereabouts.  The land is well served by various access points on the east, west and southern boundaries to local authority highways.  Natural water supply from Ashes Beck.  The land is well fenced and ideal for agricultural or investment purposes set in one of the most attractive South Lakeland valleys.
1. Tenure: Freehold with vacant possession on completion.
