LOT 1 (Edged Red)

Comprising a single enclosure of excellent arable or meadow land being pt O/S 3935 extending to 4.30 acres/1.739 hectares or thereabouts bounded by Red Lane to the south.  Excellent road access.  Mains water to trough.

LOT 2 (Edged Blue)

Comprising an adjoining enclosure of sound arable or meadow land being pt O/S 3935 extending to a further 4.34 acres/1.758 hectares or thereabouts situated to the south of Eden Lodge, Coast Road near Ulverston.  Access from and frontage to local authority maintained highway.  


1.  Tenure: Freehold with vacant possession on completion.

2.  Boundaries: Fence maintenance responsibilities, as far as they are known, are shown by inward facing “T” marks.
