Lot 2 (Edged Blue)

Comprising a parcel of meadow/pasture land being O/S 6576 and 7864 again, situated near High Hyton Farm, Bootle extending in all to 8.53 acres or thereabouts.  Metered water to trough.

Tenure – Freehold with vacant possession on completion
